Finding your dream home means understanding your needs!
A buyer’s consultation helps to clarify the home buying process, sets the expectations on both sides, and lays the foundation for a happy client/agent relationship.

The Search Begins
Once you’ve established financial qualification and your deposit requirements, it’s time to tour and view properties that fit your criteria. I will assist you with your search and organise walkthroughs for properties you’re interested in.
Finding Your Home
So you’ve found your Dream Home! What next? This is an important time in the buying process.
I will assist you with deciding on key elements of your offer: Price, Deposit Amount, Dates and Subject Clauses/Conditions.
Making An Offer
Now that you’ve found the perfect home, it’s time for me to prepare your written Contract of Purchase and Sale. I will then present and negotiate your offer to purchase.
Due Diligence
Due diligence in real estate is the thorough investigation of a home both on a physical and financial level.
Some things to consider are:

Closing
Closing on a house is the most rewarding part of the home buying experience. With my help, you will walk into your closing day with all your questions answered, negotiations settled and ready to move into your dream home!
Completion
Completion means that everything has been finalised. On this day the title of the property changes hands between buyer and seller.
The Seller receives money from the Buyer, and, in exchange, the Buyer obtains legal title to the property.
Possession
Congratulations!
The big day has arrived, you will receive the keys to the property and can officially move in. Often the possession is the day following completion, strictly to allow time to ensure the transaction closes.
